Dans un saladier, pr\u00e9parez la marinade en m\u00e9langeant l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, le jus de citron, le sel et toutes les \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez la viande en 16 cubes et plongez-la dans la marinade en retournant les morceaux plusieurs fois afin qu\u2019ils soient bien enrob\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Couvrez le saladier avec un film transparent et r\u00e9servez au frais au moins 4 heures.<\/p>\n<p>2. \u00c9pluchez les oignons, lavez les tomates et le poivron.<\/p>\n<p>Coupez les tomates et les oignons en quartiers, taillez le poivron en gros morceaux. \u00c9gouttez les cubes de viande et r\u00e9partissez-les sur des piques \u00e0 brochettes en alternant avec les morceaux d\u2019oignon, de tomate et de poivron.<\/p>\n<p>3.
