Pour fermer le triangle, rentrez le dernier bout \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10 %#PrepaCSS(Container.DataItem.ToString())%&gt;\" style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px 0px 1.875rem; padding: 10px !important; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.5; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility;\">Pour dorer les samoussas, huilez-les l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Mettez \u00e0 cuire pendant 10 min au four<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10 %#PrepaCSS(Container.DataItem.ToString())%&gt;\" style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px 0px 1.875rem; padding: 10px !important; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.5; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility;\"><strong>Feuilles de brick:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p10 %#PrepaCSS(Container.DataItem.ToString())%&gt;\" style=\"box-sizing: inherit; margin: 0px 0px 1.875rem; padding: 10px !important; font-size: 1rem; line-height: 1.5; text-rendering: optimizeLegibility;\">2 cs\u00a0Ma\u00efzena<\/p>\n<p>3 cs\u00a0Protifar<\/p>\n<p>3 cs\u00a0lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 en poudre<\/p>\n<p>3 cs\u00a0levure de bi\u00e8re<\/p>\n<p>Environ 5 cl d&rsquo;eau<\/p>\n<p>Dans un r\u00e9cipient, m\u00e9langez les ingr\u00e9dients sauf l&rsquo;eau. Formez un puits et ajoutez l&rsquo;eau au fur et \u00e0 mesure. La p\u00e2te ne doit pas \u00eatre trop liquide. Lorsqu&rsquo;elle est bien homog\u00e8ne, laissez-la reposer pendant 30 minutes en la recouvrant d&rsquo;un torchon humide.<\/p>\n<p>Faites chauffer une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive (il ne faut pas qu&rsquo;elle soit ab\u00eem\u00e9e, limite neuve) et graissez la surface avec quelques gouttes d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Il faut que la po\u00eale soit bien chaude. Une fois qu&rsquo;elle l&rsquo;est, diminuer la temp\u00e9rature, et \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide un pinceau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie assez \u00e9pais, \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez \u00e0 bien en mettre. Surveillez la cuisson, c&rsquo;est assez rapide (2 minutes). [j&rsquo;avoue que je n&rsquo;ai pas r\u00e9ussi du premier coup, pour ma part. ;-)] retirez la avec vos doigts et recouvrez la dans un torchon humide.
