{"id":1828,"date":"2017-07-11T11:07:51","date_gmt":"2017-07-11T09:07:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ptitedukanette.fr\/?p=1828"},"modified":"2017-09-17T21:02:03","modified_gmt":"2017-09-17T19:02:03","slug":"biscuits-aux-graines-de-chia-et-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dukanette.fr\/?p=1828","title":{"rendered":"Biscuits aux graines de chia  (et chocolat)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<ul id=\"ingredient\">\n<li style=\"text-align: center;\"><\/li>\n<li>120g de\u00a0son d&rsquo;avoine\u00a0(8 cs)<\/li>\n<li>10g de\u00a0gluten de bl\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>25g de\u00a0lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 en poudre\u00a0(3 cs)<\/li>\n<li>5g de\u00a0blanc d&rsquo;oeuf\u00a0en poudre (peut-\u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent en lait en poudre)<\/li>\n<li>10g de prot\u00e9ine neutre<\/li>\n<li>5g de\u00a0psyllium<\/li>\n<li>20g de\u00a0graines de chia\u00a0(2 cs)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 de cc de\u00a0levure\u00a0chimique<\/li>\n<li>1 stick Canderel vanilla ou\u00a0ar\u00f4mevanille<\/li>\n<li>5ml d&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant\u00a0liquide (1\/2 bouchon)<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e0 2\u00a0oeufs\u00a0(selon la taille)<\/li>\n<li><b>Chocolat:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>1 cs de cacao Dukan (10g) +1 pinc\u00e9e de\u00a0Ma\u00efzena<\/li>\n<li>Ou\u00a0Bio Flan\u00a0cacao les deux<\/li>\n<li>sachets<\/li>\n<li>1 cs de\u00a0lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 en poudre<\/li>\n<li>6 \u00e0 7 cs de\u00a0lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9\u00a0liquide<\/li>\n<li>1 cs d&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant\u00a0liquide<\/li>\n<li>5 gouttes d&rsquo;ar\u00f4me\u00a0noisette ou autre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le son, le gluten et le lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mixer le plus finement possible.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le psyllium, le blanc en poudre, la vanille, les graines de chia et la levure.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer le tout.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter un oeuf et l&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e9trir et rajouter l&rsquo;oeuf si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne et relativement s\u00e8che.<\/p>\n<p>Placer entre deux feuilles de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et \u00e9taler, pas trop finement\u00a0! Entre 6 et 7mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9couper des cercles \u00e0 l&#8217;emporte-pi\u00e8ce.<\/p>\n<p>Reformer une boule avec les chutes et recommencer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement.<\/p>\n<p>Placer sur une feuille de silicone et enfourner 9 minutes (surveillez, d\u00e8s que le dessus vous semble assez color\u00e9, sortez du four)<\/p>\n<p>Eteindre le four et laisser ouvert.<\/p>\n<p>Placer les biscuits sur la grille du four et remettre dans le four \u00e9teint, au plus bas et porte ouverte.<\/p>\n<p>Laisser s\u00e9cher 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Retourner tout les biscuits.<\/p>\n<p>Chocolat:<\/p>\n<p>Dans une petite casserole, m\u00e9langer le cacao, le lait en poudre et d\u00e9layer avec le lait liquide.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients restant et chauffer quelques minutes, le chocolat doit-\u00eatre ti\u00e8de et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9paissit.<\/p>\n<p>Finition:<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9poser l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;une noisette sur le centre d&rsquo;un biscuit et \u00e9taler avec le dos d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re ou au doigt (plus rapide\u00a0!
