Mixez pendant 1 minute pour obtenir un hachis de viande. Ajoutez les poivres en grain et re-mixez 1 \u00e0 2 secondes pour les m\u00e9langez les grains au hachis.<\/p>\n<p>talez du film alimentaire sur votre plan de travail afin de pouvoir mettre toute votre viande. R\u00e9partissez votre hachis dans le sens de la longueur du cellophane et rabattez-le sur la viande. Roulez votre viande en serrant tr\u00e8s fort sur les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p>Faites un noeud avec les 2 extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr qu\u2019il ne perdra pas sa forme et r\u00e9servez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 48 heures pour qu\u2019il garde cette forme (d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat d\u2019avoir de la viande de premi\u00e8re fraicheur)<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ces 2 jours, retirez le film plastique \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un ciseau et placez-le dans un tupperware \u00e0 viande ou dans un r\u00e9cipient quelconque avec 2 fourchettes crois\u00e9es (afin de sur\u00e9lever le saucisson) et saupoudrez de gros sel afin qu\u2019il d\u00e9gorge de son eau \u00a0Laissez\u00a0 au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant encore 48 heures. Enrobez-le ensuite d\u2019un torchon propre et a\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pass\u00e9 ce temps, frottez d\u00e9licatement votre saucisson avec\u00a0 un chiffon afin de retirer le maximum de sel puis saupoudrez de ma\u00efzena.
