Ce n&rsquo;est donc pas de la graisse qui se re-stocke, mais de l&rsquo;eau. N&rsquo;oubliez pas\u00a0 : 1 litre d&rsquo;eau, c&rsquo;est 1 kilo sur la balance.<br \/>\nR\u00e9duisez le sel, pensez \u00e0 la moutarde all\u00e9g\u00e9e en sel.<\/p>\n<p>Et puis patience, la descente devrait \u00eatre d&rsquo;autant plus fulgurante au PP. Profitez des l\u00e9gumes, r\u00e9galez-vous en attendant les prot\u00e9ines pures.<\/p>\n<h2>La p\u00e9riode pr\u00e9-menstruelle<\/h2>\n<p>Votre corps fait une r\u00e9tention d&rsquo;eau naturelle. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne physiologique est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets, et bloque la perte de poids.<\/p>\n<p>Vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas entrain de stagner ou de prendre du poids, vous \u00eates juste entrain de vivre un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne naturel, qui sera \u00e9limin\u00e9 d&rsquo;ici quelques jours. Alors patience, on garde le cap<\/p>\n<h2>Le manque d&rsquo;eau<\/h2>\n<p>Le r\u00e9gime Dukan demande une consommation d&rsquo;eau en grande quantit\u00e9 (2 litres par jour). Ce n&rsquo;est pas une option, mais une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour que votre m\u00e9tabolisme \u00e9vacue les d\u00e9chets.<\/p>\n<p>Vous n&rsquo;arrivez pas \u00e0 boire l&rsquo;eau froide en bouteille\u00a0? Alors on se rabat sur le th\u00e9 (vert de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence), le Coca Cola light ou Coca Cola Z\u00e9ro, l&rsquo;eau gazeuse, les tisanes et infusions.<\/p>\n<p>Petite astuce\u00a0: acheter un mug d&rsquo;un demi litre, \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main (isotherme de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, chez Ik\u00e9a par exemple). Une fois votre th\u00e9 servi, vous pourrez le boire sans avoir besoin d&rsquo;en refaire souvent<\/p>\n<h2>L&rsquo;abus de tol\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Et oui, on parle bien ici d&rsquo;aliments \u00ab\u00a0tol\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb, alors refaites le compte. Avez vous d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les doses autoris\u00e9es\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Supprimez ces aliments quelques temps, et voyez si le palier se \u00ab\u00a0casse\u00a0\u00bb. Vous pourrez reprendre leur consommation, toujours limit\u00e9e, par la suite<\/p>\n<h2>Votre corps fait de la r\u00e9sistance\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Vous n&rsquo;\u00eates dans aucun cas ci-dessus, vous suivez le r\u00e9gime \u00e0 la lettre, et la balance ne bouge pas depuis 2 semaines\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9moire de votre corps fait qu&rsquo;il peut rester \u00e0 un poids que vous avez longtemps fait auparavant. Il va vous envoyer des signaux pour vous faire craquer, il va vous rendre frileux, fatigu\u00e9, d\u00e9courag\u00e9.<br \/>\nMais cette bataille, vous allez la gagner\u00a0! Persistez, continuez \u00e0 suivre le r\u00e9gime \u00e0 la lettre. Consommez des aliments diur\u00e9tiques si vous \u00eates en PL, sinon, une tisane diur\u00e9tique en PP. Limitez le sel, et passez faire un tour sur les forums de soutien. Regardez la courbe et le chemin d\u00e9j\u00e0 parcouru. Gardez le moral, et promis, le poids redescendra\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Et n&rsquo;oubliez pas que la perte moyenne, c&rsquo;est 1kg par semaine, donc patience\u00a0\ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h2>Et si vous ne mangiez pas assez\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Aussi \u00e9trange que cela puisse paraitre dans le cadre d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gime, le r\u00e9gime Dukan demande de manger\u00a0! Le terme \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 volont\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb prend son sens ici. Ne vous affamez pas.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a un quota de prot\u00e9ines pures \u00e0 respecter tous les jours\u00a0: 1,5g de prot\u00e9ines pures par kilo. N&rsquo;oubliez pas que le blanc d&rsquo;oeuf est le seul \u00e0 \u00eatre compos\u00e9 essentiellement de prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n<p>Attention\u00a0: vous ne mangez pas 100g de prot\u00e9ines si vous mangez 100g de blanc de poulet. Regardez la composition de ce que vous mangez\u00a0: 100g de poulet c&rsquo;est seulement 21g de prot\u00e9ines (ou protides).<\/p>\n<p>Mangez!!<\/p>\n<h2>Et le son d&rsquo;avoine\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Le son d&rsquo;avoine a la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de favoriser le transit (avec le son de bl\u00e9), mais \u00e9galement de faire passez les aliments dans le corps sans qu&rsquo;ils ne soient assimil\u00e9s. Les pertes sont minimes avec cet aliment, mais pourtant indispensables. C&rsquo;est votre meilleur alli\u00e9<\/p>\n<h2>Les astuces anti-stagnation<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Supprimez le sel et remplacez le par des \u00e9pices<\/li>\n<li>Arr\u00eatez les produits sous blister<\/li>\n<li>Douches froides, sucez des gla\u00e7ons<\/li>\n<li>Utilisez un draineur si vous pensez faire de la r\u00e9tention d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<li>Arr\u00eatez les tol\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Augmentez l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique<\/li>\n<li>\n<h2>Le craquage<\/h2>\n<p>Et oui, vous avez craqu\u00e9\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Pas de panique, pas d&rsquo;auto-flagellation. Sachez que le corps met 24 \u00e0 72h pour se mettre en \u00e9tat de c\u00e9tose, ce fameux \u00e9tat qui fait perdre du poids.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cette p\u00e9riode de PP, vous repartez donc \u00e0 z\u00e9ro. Continuez le r\u00e9gime normalement, ne sautez pas une phase pour enchainer deux phases PP.
