Epluchez les poires, coupez-les en quartiers et retirez les p\u00e9pins. Dans une po\u00eale, faites-les dorer avec un peu d&rsquo;huile\u00a0 pendant 5 ou 6 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Ajoutez l&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant tagadesse si possible\u00a0 laissez caram\u00e9liser, puis ajoutez un demi-verre d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Faites cuire 6 \u00e0 8 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen en remuant les poires de temps en temps.<\/p>\n<p>2. Ecrasez les biscuits<\/p>\n<p>Dans une casserole, \u00e0 feu doux, faites chauffer les jaunes d\u2019oeufs avec le sucre en poudre et 4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019eau en fouettant pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes pour obtenir un sabayon onctueux.<\/p>\n<p>Hors du feu, continuez de fouetter 2 ou 3 minutes, puis ajoutez les biscuits et le tofu soyeux<\/p>\n<p>3. Allumez le grill de votre four \u00e0 220\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>4. R\u00e9partissez les poires avec leur jus de cuisson dans un plat \u00e0 gratin chemis\u00e9 ou silicone, puis nappez-les dd&rsquo;ar\u00f4me sp\u00e9culos<\/p>\n<p>. Mettez \u00e0 gratiner 4 ou 5 minutes sous le gril du four.
