R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Laver et peler la courgette en laissant des bandelettes de peau pour la couleur. D\u00e9couper en petits carr\u00e9s r\u00e9gulier. Emincer l\u2019\u00e9chalote finement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale huil\u00e9e et essuy\u00e9e, sur feu tr\u00e8s vif, faire colorer la courgette et l\u2019\u00e9chalote. Baisser le feu et terminer la cuisson avec un verre d\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, d\u00e9couper le Grison en petits morceaux. Une fois la sauce r\u00e9duite, les mettre dans la po\u00eale avec les courgettes. Ajouter les \u00e9pices, assaisonner et m\u00e9langer bien.<\/p>\n<p>Eteindre le feu et verser le yaourt, m\u00e9langer, go\u00fbter et rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement si n\u00e9cessaire.
