d&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">8 feuilles de g\u00e9latine neutre<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><b>1 base de g\u00e2teau.<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><b>\u00a0Ingr\u00e9dients: Base de biscuit<\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\n<div class=\"separator\">4 blancs d&rsquo;oeufs (ou 2 oeufs)<\/div>\n<p>50gr de prot\u00e9ines neutres<br \/>\n5gr d&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant en poudre<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;ar\u00f4me de vanille<br \/>\n1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure de boulanger<\/p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration de la base<\/b>\u00a0:<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">\u00a0Assembler les blancs avec l&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant, l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me et la levure (avec les tiges \u00e9lectriques) ajouter la prot\u00e9ine et bien m\u00e9langer,<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">mettre la p\u00e2te (c&rsquo;est assez liquide) dans le bol de GM E ou GM F badigeonner d&rsquo;huile) mettre le couvercle sur le four et r\u00e9gler le four \u00e0 150\u00ba, 5 minutes, couvrir 250\u00ba, 10 minutes, retirer et laisser refroidir.\u00a0Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 notre base de g\u00e2teau \u00e0 utiliser<\/div>\n<p><b><\/b>Pr\u00e9chauffer le\u00a0<b>four<\/b>\u00a0\u00e0 180\u00ba,<\/div>\n<div>mettre dans un moule d&rsquo;environ 22cm, cuire en haut et en bas d&rsquo;environ 10 ou 15 minutes, d\u00e9pendra de chaque four( oui le remettre dans le four )<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"separator\"><b>Pr\u00e9paration du g\u00e2teau:\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0Faire cuire la citrouille, cuire au micro-ondes en 12 minutes, 700w, m\u00e9langer la pulpe avec 5gr d&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant (\u00e7a doit ressembler \u00e0 une cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse) R\u00e9server.<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\">Placer sur une base de 20 cm \u00e0\u00a0base de g\u00e2teau de g\u00e2teau<br \/>\nBattre le fromage avec le 18gr \u00e9dulcorant (si nous faisons ce\u00a0avec les meilleures aiguillons \u00e9lectriques), ajouter l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me de yogourt et lavanille et battre un\u00a0peu plus.<br \/>\nMettez 6 feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans l&rsquo;\u00a0eau froide pour la\u00a0ramollir, ensuite chauffer\u00a03 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0\u00a0soupe d&rsquo;eau et l&rsquo;ajouter\u00a0au m\u00e9lange de fromage,<br \/>\nNous ramollissons les 2 feuilles de g\u00e9latine dans un bol avec de l&rsquo;eau froide, chauffer trois cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau froide et d\u00e9faire bien les feuilles de g\u00e9latine, bien m\u00e9langer avec la citrouille.<br \/>\nVerser une grande cuiller\u00e9e de m\u00e9lange de fromage et un autre du m\u00e9lange de citrouille, en alternant, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que nous terminions avec les masses, avec une fourchette, nous remuerons un peu en faisant un marbre.\u00a0Laisser refroidir au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.\u00a0Ce type de g\u00e2teaux est mieux du jour au lendemain<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2567 aligncenter\"
