Autrement dit, c\u2019est encore 10% de calories en moins qu\u2019avec du riz blanc ordinaire\u00a0! Par ailleurs, des \u00e9tudes ont montr\u00e9 que l\u2019IG du riz \u00e9tuv\u00e9 serait de 38, soit moiti\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui du riz blanc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Le mode de cuisson\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0en plus de conserver le riz au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 12h, l\u2019id\u00e9al est d\u2019abord de le faire bouillir dans de l\u2019eau avec une cuill\u00e8re d\u2019<a class=\"internal_link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.femmeactuelle.fr\/sante\/medecine-douce\/vertus-sante-huile-de-coco-28557\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">huile de coco<\/a>.
