Lavez-les sous un filet d&rsquo;eau en s\u00e9parant les feuilles, puis \u00e9mincez-les.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10 \">Chauffez l&rsquo;huile dans une sauteuse, ajoutez les poireaux, salez, poivrez, couvrez et faites \u00e9tuver 10 minutes \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10 \">Quand ils sont tendres, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me et faites cuire encore 5 \u00e0 10 minutes, toujours sur un feu tr\u00e8s doux puis r\u00e9servez hors du feu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10 \">Faites cuire les pav\u00e9s de cabillaud 10 minutes \u00e0 la vapeur ou au court-bouillon.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p10 \">Chauffez le beurre dans une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive et faites dorer \u00e0 feu moyen les pommes coup\u00e9es en lamelles.
