Comme pour la phase d&rsquo;attaque du r\u00e9gime Dukan traditionnel, on ne mangera que des prot\u00e9ines animales ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. C&rsquo;est le jour du lancement ! On prive le corps de gras et de sucre pour la journ\u00e9e. Aucun tol\u00e9r\u00e9 n&rsquo;est autoris\u00e9, mais le son est toujours obligatoire (1.5 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe). Sport\u00a0: 20 min de marche rapide.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Mardi<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est l\u00e9gumes ! Vous r\u00e9int\u00e9grerez tous les l\u00e9gumes autoris\u00e9s, en plus des prot\u00e9ines pures. Riches en fibres, en eau et en vitamines, ils apportent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, sans calories.\u00a0 0 tol\u00e9r\u00e9s Sport\u00a0: 20 min de marche rapide<\/p>\n<p><strong> Mercredi<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est fruit ! On garde les aliments du lundi et du mardi, et on int\u00e8gre 150g de fruits, sources de fibres, de vitamines et d&rsquo;anti-oxydants. Ils permettront aussi de consommer du fructose (sucre naturellement pr\u00e9sent dans les fruits) \u00e0 petite dose. ( attention: bananes et raisins interdits). 1 Tol\u00e9r\u00e9 \/ jour.\u00a0 Sport\u00a0: 30 min de marche rapide.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Jeudi<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est pain complet ! On garde les aliments du lundi, du mardi et du mercredi, et on int\u00e8gre 45g de pain complet ou int\u00e9gral(soit 2 belles tranches). Riche en magn\u00e9sium et en min\u00e9raux, il est \u00e9galement un aliment un excellent apport de fibres. ( astuce : l&rsquo;utiliser afin de vous faire un sandich, ou du pain perdu\u00a0!)\u00a0 1 Tol\u00e9r\u00e9 \/ jour.\u00a0 Sport : 30 min de marche rapide + 1\u00a0exercice\u00a0ou 40 minutes de marche rapide.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Vendredi<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est fromage ! On garde les aliments du lundi, du mardi, du mercredi et du jeudi, et on int\u00e8gre \u00e0 son alimentation entre 40g de fromage. Riche en calcium, mais pauvre en lactose (le sucre naturellement pr\u00e9sent dans le lait). ( fromages\u00a0\u00e0 pate dure de pr\u00e9ference : cont\u00e9 , gruy\u00e8re, parmesan &#8230; )\u00a0 1 Tol\u00e9r\u00e9 \/ jour.\u00a0 Sport:\u00a030 min de marche rapide\u00a0+\u00a02 exercices\u00a0ou 45 minutes de marche rapide\u00a0ou 30 minutes de footing<\/p>\n<p>. <strong>Samedi<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est f\u00e9culent ! On garde les aliments du lundi, du mardi, du mercredi, du jeudi, et du vendredi, et on int\u00e8gre 200g de f\u00e9culents cuits. Des p\u00e2tes, des p\u00e2tes, oui mais des p\u00e2tes ou autres f\u00e9culents complets ! Plus riche en fibres, et pauvre en glucides. ( pensez \u00e9galement aux lentilles et aux poids chiches !)\u00a0 1 Tol\u00e9r\u00e9 \/ jour.\u00a0 Sport: 30 min de marche rapide +\u00a04 exercices\u00a0ou 60 minutes de marche rapide +\u00a02 exercices\u00a0ou 30 minutes de footing +\u00a02 exercices.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Dimanche<\/strong> : c&rsquo;est gala ! Vous pourrez manger, sur un seul repas, et \u00e0 la condition de ne pas vous resservir, un repas de gala. Entr\u00e9e, plat, un verre de vin, et dessert !
