lait<\/li>\n<li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de\u00a0\u00a0Stevia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la base de biscuit<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 oeufs<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de fromage \u00e0 tartiner avec un maximum de 0,4% de mati\u00e8re grasse<\/li>\n<li>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe\u00a0de son d&rsquo;avoine<\/li>\n<li>4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de\u00a0 Stevia<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de saveur d&rsquo;orange<\/li>\n<li>3 gouttes d&rsquo;ar\u00f4me de\u00a0petit beurre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>pr\u00e9paration<\/h4>\n<p>Commencez par pr\u00e9parer le gla\u00e7age au chocolat.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, bien m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients (5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de poudre de lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9, 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 liquide, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre de cacao, 5 gouttes de chocolat au lait d&rsquo;ar\u00f4me, 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de\u00a0 Stevia) .<\/p>\n<p>Remuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange compact, puis laisser reposer la p\u00e2te au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant ce temps, dans un bol, fouetter les 2 oeufs \u00e0 la fourchette, ajouter le fromage \u00e0 tartiner, la levure chimique, les ar\u00f4mes (orange et petit beurre), l&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant liquide et le son d&rsquo;avoine.<\/p>\n<p>Battez bien la p\u00e2te et laissez reposer 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Je vous sugg\u00e8re de couvrir le bol avec un torchon.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Maintenant, r\u00e9partissez le m\u00e9lange sur une feuille de\u00a0papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Couvrir la p\u00e2te avec une autre feuille d&rsquo;aluminium et en vous aidant d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie d\u00e9rouler la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tal\u00e9 la p\u00e2te, laissez-la reposer pendant dix minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Alors moi c&rsquo;est rest\u00e9 liquide , j&rsquo;ai donc mis dans des moules \u00e0 muffins en petite quantit\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ce stade, retirer la feuille de papier d&rsquo;aluminium, couper la p\u00e2te, selon la forme que vous voulez donner aux biscuits (je prends habituellement\u00a0 le verre classique tourn\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;envers,\u00a0 et obtenir la forme d&rsquo; un vrai sabl\u00e9 style granola.<\/p>\n<p>Mettre les biscuits dans une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et cuire \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s pendant 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Faites attention \u00e0 la cuisson, en fonction du type de four, cela pourrait prendre encore moins de temps.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les biscuits sont pr\u00eats, retirez-les du four et couvrez-les avec le gla\u00e7age au chocolat.<\/p>\n<p>Attendez quelques minutes avant de les manger.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
