Evitez les fromages type Ch\u00e8vre en buche, Camembert ou Roquefort.<br \/>\nOn peut aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 60g pour la tomme de Savoie 12% de MG.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Tous les jeudis<\/h3>\n<p>Vous ferez une journ\u00e9e type phase d&rsquo;attaque, avec seulement les aliments autoris\u00e9s de la phase 1.<\/p>\n<p>Ne vous amusez pas \u00e0 \u00e9changer le jeudi contre un autre jour, c&rsquo;est le meilleur moyen de l&rsquo;abondonner petit \u00e0 petit.<\/p>\n<h3>Les f\u00e9culents et les repas de gala<\/h3>\n<p>Dans les derniers ajustements du Dr Dukan au sujet de sa m\u00e9thode, il a \u00e9tabli qu&rsquo;une consolidation en 2 phases se r\u00e9v\u00e9lait plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de votre conso, vous ajouterez une dose de f\u00e9culent complet dans un repas (220g cuit), et un repas de gala (qui peut lui aussi contenir des f\u00e9culents) par semaine.<\/p>\n<p>Vous doublerez ces doses dans la deuxi\u00e8me moiti\u00e9 de votre conso (2 f\u00e9culents et 2 galas par semaine).<\/p>\n<p>N&rsquo;\u00e9cartez aucun aliment de ces repas de gala, apprenez \u00e0 manger des doses normales et raisonnables. Ce repas peut \u00eatre compos\u00e9 d&rsquo;une entr\u00e9e, d&rsquo;un plat, d&rsquo;un dessert, le tout accompagn\u00e9 si vous le souhaitez d&rsquo;un verre de vin.
