{"id":4367,"date":"2018-09-29T20:49:21","date_gmt":"2018-09-29T18:49:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ptitedukanette.fr\/?p=4367"},"modified":"2018-09-29T22:48:20","modified_gmt":"2018-09-29T20:48:20","slug":"gateau-a-la-creme-et-baies-de-goji","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dukanette.fr\/?p=4367","title":{"rendered":"G\u00e2teau \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me et Baies de Goji"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>pour le g\u00e2teau:<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0oeufs<\/li>\n<li>150 grammes de fromage blanc 0%<\/li>\n<li>30 grammes\u00a0\u00a0de son d&rsquo;avoine\u00a0(moulu dans un moulin \u00e0 caf\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>30g de m\u00e9lange de fibres (konjac, psyllium et agar agar) on remplacera par :<\/li>\n<li><em>1 sachet de poudre de\u00a0 konjacet 10g de psyllium ou mix gom si vous avez\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<li>40 grammes de\u00a0\u00a0lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 en poudre<\/li>\n<li>40 grammes\u00a0\u00a0de proteines neutres (milical ou protifar)<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive (facultatif)<\/li>\n<li>saveur de noix de coco<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9dulcorant\u00a0au go\u00fbt, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 80 grammes de\u00a0xylitol ou au gout<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0\u00a0sachet de levure<\/li>\n<li>un\u00a0sel<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pour la farce:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>250 grammes de cr\u00e8me \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9e all\u00e9g\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>250 grammes de fromage 0%<\/li>\n<li>2 oeufs entiers<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9dulcorant\u00a0au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<li>essence de vanille\u00a0,\u00a0citron\u00a0,\u00a0oranges\u00a0(selon pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences)<\/li>\n<li>50 grammes de\u00a0goji\u00a0(autoris\u00e9 depuis l&rsquo;attaque du r\u00e9gime Dukan) ou fleurs d&rsquo;hibiscus<\/li>\n<li>1-2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de proteine neutres\u00a0 \u00a0si vous trouvez le fromage trop liquide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>D&rsquo;abord, pr\u00e9parez la farce.\u00a0Nous m\u00e9langions tous les ingr\u00e9dients et mettons au froid.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite pr\u00e9parer le g\u00e2teau:<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients secs: m\u00e9lange de gluten, lait en poudre, proteine, son d&rsquo;avoine et levure chimique.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9parez les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs.Dans un bol profond du m\u00e9langeur, m\u00e9langer pendant 5-6 minutes \u00e0 jaune d&rsquo;oeuf \u00e0 grande vitesse, le sel, \u00e9dulcorant puis ajouter l&rsquo;huile,\u00a0 et le yogourt.et le reste des ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n<li>Incorporer progressivement dans le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;oeufs et le m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients secs et bien homog\u00e9n\u00e9iser en m\u00e9langeant \u00e0 la\u00a0 spatule<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langez les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs d\u00e9licatement .<\/li>\n<li>Dans un moule en silicone ou \u00e0 charni\u00e8re chemis\u00e9e,\u00a0verser la moiti\u00e9 de la composition et faire cuire env.\u00a015 minutes dans le four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la composition se lie et puisse supporter le remplissage sans y couler).ensuite y verser la farce et remettre au four jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la farce soit un peu \u00ab\u00a0prise\u00a0\u00bb , ensuite recouvrir du reste de la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau et remettre au four environ 30mn mais \u00e0 surveiller.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre au frais apr\u00e8s cuisson et d\u00e9mouler ensuite<\/li>\n<li>Saupoudrer soit d&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant ou\u00a0 de lait en poudre .<\/li>\n<li>Se d\u00e9guste bien frais.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Difficile \u00e0 trouver le nocarb (mix de fibres) on remplacera par du psyllium et konjac<\/p>\n<p>Recette de LfeStyle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>pour le g\u00e2teau: \u00a0oeufs 150 grammes de fromage blanc 0% 30 grammes\u00a0\u00a0de son d&rsquo;avoine\u00a0(moulu dans un moulin \u00e0 caf\u00e9 30g de m\u00e9lange de fibres (konjac, psyllium et agar agar) on&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4368,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"wprm-recipe-roundup-name":"","wprm-recipe-roundup-description":"","_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[2,4],"tags":[12],"class_list":["post-4367","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recette","category-sucre","tag-croisiere"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
