Pelez et coupez les oignons en lamelles.<\/p>\n<p>Rincez le riz de konjac \u00e0 grande eau , perso je le mets au micro onde 3 mn .<\/p>\n<p>Faites fondre les oignons et l&rsquo;ail dans une casserole avec 2 cuil. \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile.<\/p>\n<p>Laissez mijoter \u00e0 feux doux 8 min environ.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez la viande, le riz, les oignons, l&rsquo;ail et l&rsquo;ar\u00f4me Salez, poivrez.<\/p>\n<p>Garnissez les poivrons \u00e9vid\u00e9s avec le m\u00e9lange et disposez-les dans un plat r\u00e9sistant au four, en ajoutant un peu d&rsquo;eau au fond du plat.
