Portez ce m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-instruction\">Placez les magrets dans une po\u00eale, peau contre le fond, et laissez-les griller \u00e0 sec \u00e0 feu doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que leur peau soit dor\u00e9e (8 \u00e0 10 minutes). Jetez la graisse. Retournez les magrets et prolongez la cuisson \u00e0 feu doux 4 \u00e0 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-instruction\">Pendant cette cuisson, lavez les m\u00fbres et mettez-les dans la casserole contenant le vin parfum\u00e9 avec la moiti\u00e9 du jus de l\u2019orange. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duisez la chaleur et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu doux 5 minutes. D\u00e9layez la f\u00e9cule dans le jus d\u2019orange restant.<\/li>\n<li class=\"wpurp-recipe-instruction\">\u00c9gouttez les m\u00fbres et r\u00e9servez-les. Ajoutez la f\u00e9cule au vin parfu\u00adm\u00e9. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laissez \u00e9paissir en remuant. Ajoutez alors les m\u00fbres et r\u00e9chauffez.
