\ud83c\udf44<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 carotte<\/strong> en rondelles \ud83e\udd55<\/li>\n<li><strong>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe<\/strong> de ma\u00efzena (rase) \ud83c\udf3e<\/li>\n<li><strong>33 cl<\/strong> de bi\u00e8re brune noire (Licorne Black ou \u00e9quivalent) \ud83c\udf7a<\/li>\n<li><strong>20 cl<\/strong> de bouillon de b\u0153uf \ud83c\udf75<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 petite bo\u00eete<\/strong> de concentr\u00e9 de tomates \ud83c\udf45<\/li>\n<li><strong>2 branches<\/strong> de thym \ud83c\udf3f<\/li>\n<li><strong>2 feuilles<\/strong> de laurier \ud83c\udf43<\/li>\n<li>Un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive (facultatif) \ud83e\uded2<\/li>\n<li><strong>1 jaune d\u2019\u0153uf<\/strong> pour la dorure \ud83e\udd5a<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre \ud83e\uddc2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4>\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf73 <strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parez les ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Coupez le b\u0153uf en gros cubes. \ud83d\udd2a<\/li>\n<li>Ciselez finement les \u00e9chalotes.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez les carottes en rondelles et les champignons en tranches.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Faites revenir la viande :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Chauffez un peu d\u2019huile \ud83e\uded2 dans une cocotte \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez les morceaux de b\u0153uf, faites-les revenir \u00e0 feu vif jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient dor\u00e9s. \ud83d\udd25<\/li>\n<li>Saupoudrez de ma\u00efzena, salez, m\u00e9langez bien et laissez dorer quelques minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Retirez la viande et r\u00e9servez-la.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parez les l\u00e9gumes :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Remettez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile dans la cocotte.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez les \u00e9chalotes \ud83e\uddc5, les carottes \ud83e\udd55, et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez les champignons \ud83c\udf44, le thym \ud83c\udf3f, le laurier \ud83c\udf43, et le concentr\u00e9 de tomates \ud83c\udf45.<\/li>\n<li>Versez le bouillon \ud83c\udf75 et grattez le fond de la cocotte avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois pour d\u00e9coller les sucs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajoutez la bi\u00e8re et mijotez :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Remettez la viande dans la cocotte et versez la bi\u00e8re \ud83c\udf7a.<\/li>\n<li>Salez, m\u00e9langez et couvrez.<\/li>\n<li>Laissez mijoter environ <strong>1 heure \u00e0 feu doux<\/strong>, en remuant de temps en temps.<\/li>\n<li>Si vous utilisez un <strong>Cookeo<\/strong>, faites cuire pendant <strong>35 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00e9duisez la sauce :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Les 15 derni\u00e8res minutes, retirez le couvercle pour faire r\u00e9duire la sauce. \u23f3<\/li>\n<li>Laissez refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Montez la tourte :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une \u00e9cumoire, d\u00e9posez la viande et les l\u00e9gumes dans un plat creux.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 de la sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrez le plat avec la p\u00e2te Dukan, badigeonnez
