{"id":7423,"date":"2025-01-12T11:57:35","date_gmt":"2025-01-12T10:57:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dukanette.fr\/?p=7423"},"modified":"2025-01-21T12:55:42","modified_gmt":"2025-01-21T11:55:42","slug":"pancakes-au-son-davoine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dukanette.fr\/?p=7423","title":{"rendered":"\ud83e\udd5e Pancakes au Son d&rsquo;Avoine \ud83e\udd5e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>35 g environ de son d\u2019avoine de bonne qualit\u00e9 : 3 belles cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe ou<\/li>\n<li>2 cs de son d\u2019avoine et 1 de son de bl\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 grosse pinc\u00e9e de bicarbonate alimentaire (ou 1\/2 sachet de levure chimique mais le bicarbonate fonctionne mieux ici)<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9dulcorant au go\u00fbt \ud83c\udf6f<\/li>\n<li>1 \u0153uf \ud83e\udd5a<\/li>\n<li>80 g = 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de fromage blanc ou de skyr \ud83e\uddc0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>M\u00e9lange des ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans un petit saladier, m\u00e9langer le son d\u2019avoine avec le bicarbonate ou la levure puis ajouter les 80 g de fromage blanc, l\u2019\u0153uf et le sucrant.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer vivement avec une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe. \ud83e\udd44<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repos de la p\u00e2te :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9server au frais au moins 40 minutes et si possible plus longtemps.<\/li>\n<li>On peut bien s\u00fbr laisser la p\u00e2te film\u00e9e au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur quelques heures de plus ou toute la nuit. De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, je la pr\u00e9pare le plus souvent 1 heure ou 2 avant le petit-d\u00e9jeuner. \u2744\ufe0f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cuisson :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Sur feu vif, verser 5 tas de pr\u00e9paration dans une grande po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive bien chaude, pr\u00e9alablement huil\u00e9e avec un peu de sopalin. Vu que j\u2019ai une cr\u00e9pi\u00e8re \u00e9lectrique, j\u2019ai une plaque de mini cr\u00eapes et \u00e7a va beaucoup mieux !!<\/li>\n<li>Baisser le feu sur feu moyen pour ne pas qu\u2019ils br\u00fblent trop rapidement. Lorsque la premi\u00e8re face est bien dor\u00e9e, retourner d\u00e9licatement avec une spatule en bois (c\u2019est un peu plus d\u00e9licat que pour des pancakes classiques car ils sont plus fragiles, mais on prend facilement le coup de main. Et comme pour des blinis, il faut toujours attendre que la premi\u00e8re face soit bien dor\u00e9e avant d\u2019essayer de les retourner !)<\/li>\n<li>Retourner plusieurs fois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient bien dor\u00e9s des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s, environ 5 minutes au total. \ud83d\udd04<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Suggestions de service :<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Suivant votre phase, on peut y ajouter des fruits \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9.
