Ajouter du lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 si n\u00e9cessaire.Mettre un peu de p\u00e2te au fond du moule \u00e0 tartelette (les doses sont pour 1 grand moule ou 2 moules de 14cm) et enfourner \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s pour 8 \u00e0 10 minutes en surveillant la cuisson, le dessus doit juste dorer.Si la p\u00e2te gonfle, la piquer \u00e0 la fourchette et presser pour qu&rsquo;elle reste plate.\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9parer la frangipane dudu en m\u00e9langeant intimement l&rsquo;ensemble des ingr\u00e9dients, la p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre souple. Ajuster \u00e0 au go\u00fbt les dosages d&rsquo;ar\u00f4mes et d&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant.<\/p>\n<p>Verser l&rsquo;appareil dans le moule \u00e0 tartelette puis y d\u00e9poser les 2 moiti\u00e9s de poires.
